Description of objectThis 2 suites sunny apartment is located in a private condominium with swimming pool, near the beaches of Leça da Palmeira e Matosinhos. You can both relax and rest in the balcony watching the river Leça and the sea, or by the pool. Or you can enjoy the multiple activities happening every day by the beach. This is the place to find some of the best grilled fresh fish restaurants, beach cafes, bars and discos.
But Porto is just around the corner, you can visit the Port Wine Cellars, Lello’s Bookshop, Tower of Clérigos, the house of Music, the theatres, the design district or just experience the downtown nightlife.
You can find a shopping center nearby (MarShoping) and also a Congress and Expositions Center (Exponor). The Porto’s City Park (Parque da Cidade) is very close, it is the biggest urban park in Portugal, with 830000 m2, where you can jog, have a picnic or just meditate.
Both rooms have private bathrooms with natural light windows and closets. The main room has a big double bed, in the other room there can be a single or double bed. There’s a 3rd guest bathroom.
The charming living room has a big flat TV with cable. There’s also free wifi. The sofa can turn into a couple’s bed and receive two more guests, if you come in the winter you can light the fireplace, even though it never gets that cold.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. And there is also a small laundry with washing machine and hanger, next to the kitchen.
