Location of objectThe apartment is on the topo floor of a 6 floors building: the lift is working!! The area is the pedestrian area, near all the shops and a nice cinema screening english speaking movies (sometimes). The new museum of modern art CAMEC is within reach.
Town: Italy, Cinque terre, La SpeziaLa Spezia is a nice town on the sea, really close to beautiful spots like 5 terre, Portovenere, Lerici. From my house you can walk to the promenade where you can get the boats for beauiful tours in the sourrounding. You can walk to the railway station in 15 minute as well. My house is in the pedestrian area so it is really quiet.
