Description of objectThis full of character apartment in the Lisbon City Center can comfortably accommodate up to 6-8 people on a self-catering basis and it’s located on the first floor of a small art-deco residential building, in a quiet residential (yet typical) street of the Graca District, with access to all sort of retailers, supermarkets, patisseries and restaurants.:::THE APARTMENT::: The apartment features high ceilings - with amazing plaster frames and details – as well as wood floors throughout and has 8 main independent areas: • One 25 sqm/215sqf Master bedroom with a double bed, nicely decorated in bordeaux and grey tones, with a private balcony, ar conditioning, TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe • One 20sqm/215sqf bedroom with a double bed, in turquoise and pastel tones also with ar conditioning, TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe • One 18sqm/185sqf room – often called the art & working studio – where there’s a desktop PC with internet which can be used by the guests as well as a sofa bed which converts to a very comfortable sofa bed. This room is also equipped with air conditioning. Just like the master bedroom, we’ve chosen greys and Bordeaux tones to give a modern look to it • One very large dining and living room in open plan (35 sqm/377sqf), which has all the furniture and equipment required for a get together of up to 8 people. With 2 large sofas (1 which converts into a double bed), 2 tables and chairs, LCD TV with cable as well as ar conditioning this area is the ex-libris of the Turquoise House, with it amazing turquoise wallpaper and impressive paintings. • One 11sqm/115sqf bathroom with a bathtub and shower, towels heating system, lovely art deco mirror as well as a drawer • A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and a washer. There’s also all the appliances and cutlery for guest’s use. • One 20sqm/215sqf indoor balcony with a table and a couple of beach chairs where our guests love to just wind up and have a drink • A cozy 10sqm/108qf gardened outdoor terrace where there’s a portable barbecue, a table and some chairs which is often used by our guests for having some drinks and grilled sardines or simply chill-out whilst reading and having some drinks. The apartment is professionally cleaned everytime with non-toxic and eco-friendly products and has also WIFI access free of charge throughout. All the linens & towels are provided for the 1st week of any stay – for stays longer than 7 days, extra cleaning as well as replacement of linens and towels can be provided for an extra charge of 50 EUR per week. :::HOUSE RULES::: There are no strict rules - we just expect you to take care well of our place as much as you\\\'d like us to do if we were visiting yours. However, just some notes: 1. We ask you to leave the apartment has you found it 2. Portuguese law for Urban Noise really enforces that minimal noise is made between 10PM and 8AM (during this period, the air conditioning should also be switched off as it’s being provisioned from the exterior) 3. For stays longer than 3 days, the Housekeeper must come to the apartment to maintain the garden, plants and flowers. The best time to do so is dependent on your preference! 4. Smoking is only allowed on the Terrace and Balcony 5. Cleaning, Linens and Towels included on the 1st week. Upon request a professional cleaning service can be provided as well as change of towels and linens (surcharge of 50 EUR total, per additional week) 6. We\\\'re flexible with check in and check out times, just let me know what would work for you and we\\\'ll do our best to accommodate your requirements 7. Pick up keys is at the apartment - should you\\\'ve other requirements, please do let me know! At the end of the day, we just want you to enjoy Lisbon - a magical place. You can also quickly catch the tube down town to the trendy and night-out place to be of Bairro Alto & Chiado. Graça District is well known to be one of the most typical, safe, handy and full of character districts, where all the visitors can breath the Lisboners hospitality and way of living... and first and foremost for it incredible Belvederes (viewpoints over Lisbon).
