There is enough parking place on site. There is a common swimming pool with a spacious sun terrace with sun beds. The apartment itself is located on the 1st floor. There is a beautifully furnished living room with a seating area and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. The master bedroom with bathroom ensuite has a king size bed. The bathroom has a shower and a sink, a separate toilet and bidet. Through a sliding door in the living room you can enter the splendid terrace. The terrace provides a gorgeous view over the water and is very conveniently located to the wind.
