The apartment is on the ground and first floors of the house.Spacious and recently decorated,providing comfortable,flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 6 guests.

Location of objectSituated on a short street between the main High Street of Ilfracombe,and the seafront promenade.The road is one way traffic only and does not provide vehicle access to the High Street,consequently there is little traffic.The road has only 9 houses on it,the Apartment is situated in number 8,second from the High Street end.At this end of the street,a small carpark provides free,safe overnight parking.The road slopes sharply down to the seafront and promenade.

Additional Informationplease note that Ilfracombe is quite hilly, and the holiday apartment is siuated at the top end of a short(50 metres) street,which is quite steep.we have accommodated guests with mobility scooters,but only the larger engined ones can cope with the layout of the town. |
