STUDIO JELIC have five studio apartments (14-16m2), of which 4 are located in the attic house and 1 on the ground floor (budget accommodation). All five studios are air-conditioned, with private bathroom, hair dryer, TV, DVD (movies provided), wireless internet . Two studios have balconies with sea view (No3 & No4) and one has balcony with partial sea view (No1). Budget studio has a terrace in the garden behind the house. Four studios has kitchenette (No1, No2, No3, budget studio) and one (No4) fridge + hob (only for tea or coffee).

Three-bed studio apartment with new appliances and furniture (30 m2) is located on the ground floor. Facilities: Air condition; fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, halogen hob as well as electric kettle and toaster, cable TV, DVD ( movies provided), books, Wireless internet access, bathroom comprises of shower cubicle, sink and WC, washing machine, hair dryer, clothes dryer; waterfront terrace. Since there is no steps, apartment is suitable for persons with limited mobility.

The apartment is 10 minutes walking from historic old town (main town square with shops, the daily market, cafés, restaurants and banks) and 100m from sea shore (waterfront promenade with beaches, more cafés and restaurants). Location is ideal for those who are looking for a central base to explore Bay of Kotor.
