Description of objectThis stunning 4 bedroom apartment is located in the popular Ammoudara on Crete in Greece.Outside, the apartment enjoys a 120m ² veranda with magnificent panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea to one side and the countryside to the mountains on the other side. The veranda has comfortable dining furniture and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Crete evenings. The main part of the apartment is a wide all-open space consisting a styling living-room with comfortabsofas and a gorgeous fireplace , dining-room and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the usual requirements of ceramic topped full cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and a lovely Star Galaxy granite worktop. The all-open space has patio doors opening out onto the front veranda. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 4-8 sleeps, 1 bedroom with double bed , 2 bedrooms with 2 single bed (on request extra bed or cot) and 1 bedroom with sofa. All bedrooms have got wardrobes. The apartment has a full bathroom, extravagantly equipped with a great big tub, bidet and shower and one bathroom with shower. There is an adjoining laundry room which also includes a washing machine. Ammoudara with a beautiful 5 km long sandy beach, awarded with the European Blue Flag is one of the most popular resorts near Heraklion city. The local bus service provides regular connections to the centre of Heraklion. Ammoudara itself is packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops. You will find everything you need. If you don't like the hot summer weather, the apartment is an excellent choice for all seasons. Come and see the spring flowers, or the fabulous autumn nature. This resort will suit families, friends and singles and is a 25 minute transfer from Heraklion Airport. Welcome to Crete!
