Description of objectThe flat has a bath with shower, a small kitchen and a beautiful living room which is bathed in sunshine due to many windows and a balcony. The bedroom is air-conditioned. From a spiral staircase in the flat you may reach the roof, get suntanned and enjoy the view at the sea. In this respect the flat is perfect not only for singles, but also for couples.
Location of objectThe beautiful 1-room flat (approx. 50 square meters at 2nd floor) is located in the northwest of Cuba’s capital Havana, in the noble and quiet city quarter "Miramar" which is translated into "sea look". In this green quarter most of the foreign embassies are located as well as many parks, villa-like private residences, art deco castles and colonial buildings. Therefore, it is one of the best quarters of the whole town with the highest level of security. The flat is quiet, as the front street "3-era A" between the streets 86 and 88 has very little traffic and yet is only 30 meters of the well-known and palm-fringed 5-ta Avenida (5th Avenue) where you may rest, go for a walk or jog. Said 5th Avenue is renowned for being one of the most beautiful streets of Havana. Also, you will find there the famous cathedral Iglesia Jesús de Miramar (the second largest church of Cuba). In spite of this neighborhood to the 5th Avenue the flat is surprisingly quiet and relaxing. In the opposite direction you are only about 200 meters from the ocean with its wonderful sunsets. Not far away from the flat (500 meters) you encounter a shopping center with restaurants and shops. There you may buy food, consumer goods, supplies and the like. Also the 5-star hotel Melia with his business center is in 5-minutes walking distance, as well as numerous language schools, restaurants and salsa dance bars (e.g., the known Casa de la Música).
