Rental Price60 Euro per object per dayDescription of objectApartments Magnolia are situated in the tourist region of Greba¨tica-14 km south of ¦ibenik, in one of the most beautiful parts of ¦ibenik Riviera.Quiet and peaceful environment, proximity 5 m to the sea overlooking the bay and the crystal clear water, will make your holiday unforgettable even crossing over terrace of the apartments. The apartments are located on a separate floor within a private family property - the house and the area of 90m2 with a terrace. Guests have access to a comfortable and fully furnished apartments that include: bedrooms (2), kitchen, spacious living room, hallway, bathrooms (2), TV, cable, air conditioning, wi-fi. Inside the house there are parking spaces (2) which is NO charged. Pets are allowed (pet friendly). In close vicinity there is a lounge bar, a shop, mini market, bakery and restaurant. The house has a garden, barbecue, boat dock, outdoor shower. You can taste our domestic wine, olive oil and figs as welcome gesture, or take a shot of travarica and fresh fish specialties just taken out of the sea. Because we catch our own fish! Restaurants and inns, offering Dalmatian specialties, are located along the main road, while bigger items, provisions and services you can find in nearby Primo¨ten and ¦ibenik which are also connected with a regular bus line. Location of objectThe apartments are situated in the resort Greba¨tica, by the main road D8, 13km from ¦ibenik (direction to Primo¨ten) and 72km from Split.Proximity to airports Split (48km) and Zadar-Zemunik (85km), as well as the highway, make Greba¨tica very attractive destination in Central Dalmatia. Nearest tourist office is 250 m away from MAGNOLIA apartments, in the center of Greba¨tica. Town: Croatia, Greba¨tica, Greba¨ticaWith numerous sea activities or taking a walk on a sunny morning, you can also enjoy visiting nearby remains of the Roman architecture (architraves, consoles) and the remains of the Roman road not far from the St. Mary parish church or another historic attraction called \"BEDEM\" on the peninsula O¨trica, which is about 10 m high and 1 m wide, now a common symbol for this area.In the bay and harbour south-east from the hill O¨trica you can dock larger yachts, and smaller yachts and boats in any of the small coves along the northern coast. The island of Krapanj is our neighborhood + it\'s is the lowest as well as the smallest island on the Adriatic sea.
