Description of objectThe condo Rosal is located 10 meters from the sea in the center of Giardini-Naxos, a place famous and privileged. In the building there are two elevators and private parking. The central beach of Giardini-Naxos is located right in front of the condo. The fine sandy beach is available either for free or for a fee The apartment is on the top 3 \\\\\\\'floor of the building so you can enjoy 180-degree panoramic view of the sea and Mount Etna.
