Description of object

The apartment is located in a beautiful stone villa surrounded by greenery in a strategic point, not far from the center of the city and from the sea.
It 'a very good location. In fact, having an holiday here you have several opportunities to spend your free time in different ways:
1)On foot (200 meters), you can easily reach a fine-looking beach and relax at sun from the end of March until October
2)In Formia center (1 Km) and in nearby you can visit several famous archaeological and geographical sites
3)With the shipment you can go to the romantic islands of Ventotene and Ponza
Furthermore, as you can see in the photos, you can relax at home and enjoy the large garden and the terrace full of plants.

The apartment is about 90 mq., it was renovated in 2009 and is located on the first floor of the above described villa. It consists of 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 complete kitchen with all the services, 1 room with closet and washing machine. All around the apartment there is a wide terrace with complete outdoor furniture (table with 4 chairs, umbrella, chairs for sunbathing, etc…)

This apartment is a beautiful and strategic location: it is situated at 200 mt from the sea with a big beach and it is far from 1 Km from the center of city Formia.
It is completely surrounded by garden (see photos) and have also a large terrace

Formia is situated half way between Rome and Naples, on the spectacular Gulf of Gaeta.

Its name comes from the Greek word 'Hormiai' which translates as 'good anchorage'.

Today Formia has a busy marina and port, with ferries sailing regularly to the Pontine Islands of Ponza, Ventotene, Santo Stefano, and Palmarola.

The city has a lively commercial area, the main avenue is Via Vitruvio, which has numerous shops, stylish boutiques and bars, ice-cream parlours, and a museum.

It has a train station with excellent communication links with Rome and Naples, and also has good local bus services.
