Description of objectNo doubts that this is the best quality apartment at the cheapest possible price in Florence city. It is an excellent luxury apartment 125 Square Meters (some1600 Square Feet) , located in a quite and green residential area, near public swimming pools, gyms, green spots, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers.It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s an elegant and stylish apartment which consists of three beautiful bedrooms: two large with queen sized beds, pillow top mattress, the other with one single bed. Fully furnished kitchen with fireplace where you can eat, make a barbecue and relax. The kitchen is with dishwasher. There is also a huge balcony with a washer. The apartment has TVs, VCR and DVD player, high ceilings, a wireless high speed internet service and other amenities to make yourself at home You would also have two bathrooms which is a great added value: one with shower, bath, toilette and lavatory, the other with a shower, toilet and lavatory, towels and hair dryers. Air Conditioning. The apartment is situated in the Stadium Area of Florence which is served by public transports and facilities and it is at just few bus stops from Duomo Square which is the core of Florence. 10 minutes walking from Arno River, 20 minutes from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) 20 minutes from Uffizi Gallery. By train one hour from Rome, 30 minutes from Bologna, 2 hours from Venice, Padova and Verona. The apartment is a perfect choice for a family or up to six persons who wants enjoy to visit Florence and, at the same time, have an excellent and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price. I am sure you will be surprised by the extreme cleaning and freshness of the apartment with its nice classic furnitures as you can see from the pictures. Some of the best pastries and gelato oh and italian pizza can be found within 1 block as well as a daily fruit and vegetable open space market. The best way to reach the centre of the city or the train station is to take the bus n. 6 which stops in the main sites of the centre (including the train station). The bus stop is situated just 300 meters from the apartment. There other busses that you can take for other destinations in the city (10, 20, 17, 3 and 7). In comparison with a houses located in the city centre, which is noisy and trafficked, at the Beautiful Apartment in Florence in the evening you can relax as there is no traffick and no noise in the street. The main bedroom and the kitchen have private balconies in the backyard with a view on gardens and trees. Easy and free parking along the street. I suggest you one day if you have time to take the bus n. 7 and visit Fiesole which is an amazing etruscan village that was probably founded in the 9th-8th century BC. The bus takes just some 15-20 minutes from the apartment to reach Fiesole. You will also have the possibility to see remnants of Etruscan walls, a Roman bath and a Roman theatre besides a breathtaking panorama of Florence from Badia Fiesolana street. In low season the rate is $95 per night. The basic low season price is intended for 2 persons with additional $14 per night for additional guests. This can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
