Description of objectThis modern and elegant Penthouse is located in the heart of west coast of the island, about one hour drive from the SSR International Airport and half and hour drive from the city, Port Louis. Situated in a newly built residence in Flic en Flac, it is only to one minute walk to the golden and sandy public beach, supermarket, restaurants, pubs, casino, bank, and close to several operators offering nautical sports and activities including skiing, windsurf, parasailing, towed inflatable buoys, and deep sea fishing.This 3-bedroom Penthouse is ideal for a couple, family or group group of friend. The modern layout of the penthouse separates the common spaces, - the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bedroom are in one wing leading on the open terrace, while the other two bedrooms are located in another wing with an interconnecting door which also opens on the huge terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and elegantly designed with its 3 meters quartz island, where guests can enjoy dinning and cooking. It is also equipped with a double door ice dispenser refrigerator. All the kitchen utensils and crockery are of best quality. - Main bed room with Italian en suite shower, double washbasin, hair dryer, king size bed, air condition, and walking wardrobe. - Second master bed room with Italian en suite shower with washing machine, hair dryer, king size bed, air condition, mini fridge and built in wardrobe. - Third bedroom with en suite bathroom, queen size bed, air condition, and in built wardrobe.
