Description of object“AIDA” is a fully air-conditioned 1 bed-roomed self contained Penthouse Apartment, 120SqM of indoor living space (sleeps four, 2 single beds and 1 bed settee) with exclusive use of a 120SqM tiled roof terrace that has its own BBQ cool shower, eating and sunbathing area and has views to the Red Sea from the front and mountains to the rear.Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar comprises of large fridge/freezer Gas Cooker/Oven, Toaster, Coffee Machine etc and all crockery and cooking utensils. Lounge contains bed settee, arm chairs, lounger, Stereo system (CD), Satellite TV and DVD. Two fully tiled bathrooms comprise of shower unit, WC and sink plus small washing machine. Plastic table and chairs are provided on the balcony. Bamboo furniture, brick built bbq, table, sun loungers and a shower are situated on the roof terrace. “AIDA” is situated within a luxury villa community located in a new development area north of Hurghada, on the road to El Gouna. The area, which also contains several resorts, a French school and numerous mini-markets, is approximately 10 minute drive (bus/taxi) from the lively centre of Sekala, 10 minutes from the souqs and bazaars of Downtown and only 15 minutes from Hurghada International Airport.
