Description of objectMy wife and I have a 2 Bedroom Condo for rent in Davao City.Ecoland 4000 residence is conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from SM City Davao one of the largest shopping malls in Davao city . We can rent daily, weekly or monthly. PHP 2,000 per day, electric included in daily rate (3 day min) PHP 10,000 per week, electric charged extra based on meter PHP 35,000 per month, electric charged extra based on meter Fully furnished 2 Br condo. Well equiped kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster oven, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc... Airconditioning units in each bedroom Living room space with leather sofa and matching chairs, flat screen TV and DVD player. Cable included. Dinning area to enjoy your home cooked meals. 24 hour security guards. Swimming pool and basketball 1/2 court. This is a 50 Square meter (525 square feet) condo with balcony. This is a non smoker condo so if you do smoke we expect that you will go down to the main floor and smoke outside. A perfect choice to enjoy a 'home' feeling while vacationing or visiting in the Philippines at half the cost of a Hotel room which typically cost around Php4000-Php6000 per night or higher at the more modern Hotels. Contact us for availability *Reservation deposit is required. (Php4000) This is deducted from your rental cost. First come first served. **Security deposit P10,000 at the time of check-in is required. This is 100% refundable at the time of check-out providing there are no damages and the utilities have been paid. Damages, missing items, unpaid utilities will be deducted from the security deposit and you will receive a refund of the remaining amount. Location of objectEcoland 4000 Residence is a completely walled and gated condo complex. There are two, 5 story buildings. There are no condos on the ground floor as this is all parking area.All the condos in the building are all 2 bedroom condos. Many are residential owners however there are also many owners who rent their condos as vacation homes as we do. If our unit is already reserved we can refer you to other owners. There is a large swimming pool at ground level as well as a basketball 1/2 court. There are security guards 24 hours a day.
