Description of object

Waking up on the sea front, watching the sunset without leaving home are some of the privileges provided by this ground floor apartment with separate entrance, located on the beachfront of Costa Nova.
It has 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two double beds with wardrobe and an interior bedroom, bathroom, a large and sunny living room with dining area and a balcony with amazing seaviews, an outdoor patio and kitchen with dining area.
The house is equipped with bed linen and towels and various home appliances including vacuum cleaner, iron, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, TV.
Prices vary according to the season. High season: 595 euros / week, mid season: 525 euros / week, low season: 455 euros / week.

Location of object

With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Ria de Aveiro the other, Costa Nova is the ideal place for water sports (sailing, surfing and windsurfing) and outdoor activities with tennis courts and football field (free entrance), minigolf, jogging, cycling and rollerblade tracks. Currently, there are several operators offering boat trips along Ria de Aveiro or to the nature reserve of San Jacinto.

Besides the numerous outdoor cafes, restaurants and bakeries, there is a bustling fish and seafood market, that really worth a visit.

Be sure to visit Aveiro, city of canals, known as the 'Portuguese Venice', where you shall have time to see the graceful boats known as 'moliceiros' and taste the local traditional sweet 'ovos moles'

Costa Nova faces ria de Aveiro to the west and the ferocious waves of the Atlantic to the east.

Aligned along the promenade are the multi-coloured houses including the Tourist Information building.

Costa Nova also has kilometres of wide, sandy beaches with wooden walkways to ease the passage along the sand. Cafes are conveniently located along the beach, which is perfect for an afternoon stroll, building sand castles with children or seeking out wild life in some of the protected dunes.

As you would expect from a seaside town, children are well catered for with a number of play parks in situ. In addition to this there are cycle and roller-blading paths around the town to keep you fit.
