Description of objectThe apartment is at 5 minute walk from the beach, it is on the forth floor and enjoys a breath-taking view as you can see from the pictures. The property comprises of a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are two balconies. The apartment has its own parking lot. The international airport of Lamezia Terme is at 20 minutes drive away from the apartment, Catanzaro Lido train station is a about 5 minutes drive, the bus stop is about 3 minute walk.
