Description of objectCosy apartment that have been tastefully renovated in its every last detail, situated in an ancient and imposing farmhouse and its annex, divided into 10 units. In a dominating position (360m a.s.l.) on the top of one of the hills that characterize the Chianti landscape. This environment offers a peaceful position with magnificent views of the countryside. Access to the property over 2,3km of unpaved road, not suitable for low-riding cars. Reasonably comfortable, pleasant country style furnishings with some authentic pieces. Central heating.

At guests' disposal: pretty swimming pool with spill-over edge in a panoramic position (5m x 15m, depth 0,80m - 2.00m, open 01/06 - 30/09) with shower (cold water) and large sun terrace. Covered parking on premises.
