The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard with all new furnishings and equipment which provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people. Car hire is not essential as everything can be found within the town which offers an extensive selection of bars, restaurants, chemists, car hire, souvenir shops, food shops and also off-licences. Carvoeiro is located West of Faro Intl Airport which is only a 40 minute drive and 15 minute drive from the Algarve Shopping centre. Great for holidaymakers of all ages, families, couples & golfers. Offering an abundance of activities and entertainment a romantic getaway for couples & 3 main golf courses for golfers to choose from! Please contact the owner for Airport transfers and very cheap car hire. CHANGEOVER DAY Changeover day is flexible depending on your arrival and departure dates. Time of checking-in should be no earlier than 2pm with departure time being no later than 10am. If this does not fall within your flight times please contact owner for arrangements. ACCOMMODATION Bedrooms: Master bedroom with kingsize bed and wardrobes. Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink with underneath storage and mirror. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and fan, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, sink, cupboard space and all cutlery, crockery and essential equipment included. Ironing board and iron also provided. Living Rooms: Brand new corner-settee-sofa bed which pulls out and can serve as a double bed. TV with a DVD player Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Plenty of towels and linen provided. Maid Service on arrival and departure. A heater and cooling fan is available in this property if needed. The property and location is perfectly suitable for couples, and small families. GOLF Carvoeiro offers 3 popular Golf courses all within close proximity of each other: There are two 18-hole golf courses at the Pestana estate (Gramacho & Vale De Pinta) and a 9-hole course (Vale De Milho) all located in Carvoeiro. Also several other courses which are 20-30 mins drive of Carvoeiro. TRAVEL Car hire is not essential, as there are plenty of airport transfer from the Airport, including Taxis, buses and also a very cheap airport Transfer shuttle bus (If the Airport Transfer is required please contact the owner for additional information and rates. Alternatively there are plenty of car hire companies at the airport. However, it is highly recommended to pre-book car hire to get it at discounted rates (If Car hire is required please contact the owner for cheap car hire rentals) FURTHER DETAILS Just outside Carvoeiro is one of the best water slide parks in Europe. Carvoeiro offers a taste for all ages. Whether it be a place for a couples Holiday, a Family get together and also for those younger generations. Carvoeiro offers a fantastic selection of Restaurants, Cafe's, Bars, Bistro's, Fish and Chip shops, Off Licensing, souvenir shops, jewellers, Car rentals, Banks, Foreign Currency Exchange Beureu and much more!
