Description of objectRent a holiday home in Carbonia barycentric area to visit the most beautiful beaches in the south-west Sardinia (S. Antioco, Portsmouth, Porto Pino, etc.). The apartment, surrounded by greenery and is located in a residential area on the first floor of a villa. It consists of lawned garden, patio, kitchen, dining-living room, bedroom and bathroom. The garden and the veranda, with table and chairs pvc, offer the possibility to eat outside. The apartment can be rented per week for two people equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, pots and cutlery, color TV, double glazing, mosquito nets, water supply, car parking and bike home front . On request it is possible to have additional room with two beds for an additional amount of 100 euros / week. The price is inclusive of all expenses related to the consumption of: electricity, gas, water, final cleaning and linen.
