Description of objectThe apartment sleeps up to 5 adults and a baby. It has two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en-suite) with walk-in shower and bath, a separate kitchen, a big hall, three balconies of which one overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and a private parking space for a car. The apartment has an elevator, a secured entrance and is wheelchair accessible. The apartment is fully equipped in a modern style. The apartment is very suitable for people with allergies or asthma. Therefore neither smoking nor pets are allowed.
Location of objectOur apartment is located in Garajau. This little village is part of the municipality of Canico and is centrally situated about 7 km from the airport and 6 km from the main town of Funchal. The apartment is part of the Quinta Village complex, a newly build condominium for private home owners. It has a very quit and peaceful location, with no through traffic. You can relax at the own-shared swimming pool, have the children play at the children’s playground or just sip your wine on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Deserted Islands. Or go down by cable car to the newly renovated beach for a swim or go diving in the sea!
Town: Portugal, Madeira, CanicoGarajau is a small, lively village that boasts many shops, bars and restaurants. It is situated on the south coast of Madeira about 6 km from the capital Funchal. The town as well as the apartment enjoy beautiful views to the Atlantic with the Deserted Islands far of the coastline. The climate is year round wonderful!
Nearby you find the geographical landmark 'Ponta do Garajau' with its 'Cristo-Rei'. This is a is well-known statue on top of a breathtaking sea cliff.
There is a cable car that takes you down to the beautiful beach of Garajau, which is also a natural underwater nature reserve.
