Description of objectLe Moulin is an old stone house with an attached ancient watermill full of character and charm. The house was once used for storing grain and flour but has since been lovingly restored to a high standard, with its spacious interior accommodating 4 people.The large covered terrace at the front of the moulin offers a welcoming shady area to sit with a glass of red wine and soak up the french ambience. The 6 x 12 metre swimming pool is only few meters away. Set in 4.5 hectares of private grounds, with a beautiful stream running through, the garden has magnificent views across countryside, surrounding woodland and the lake. Here at the Etang Grolhier (Lake Grolhier) it is not a rare sight to observe cranes or other migratory birds flying high in the sky and often stopping on their way north or south, depending on the season. Other specialties include night-time views of the sky, when was the last time you saw the milky way? Living/dining room: 10 x 5m. Original fireplace with a log burning stove. Large dining table for 6-8 people, sofas and a bar with bar stools . Terracotta tiled floor and exposed origninal oak beams. Also local artists impressions of the house and the mill painted on the wall. French doors to large covered terrace (10 x 5m), with barbeque and wooden tables. Kitchen: 5 x 5m. The location is rural and quiet - perfect for outdoor activities and relaxing by the pool.Town: France, Perigord Vert, BusserollesBusserolles is a typical sleepy french hamlet with everything you might need on holiday: a butcher, general store, hairdressers, and a friendly bar, where you can also eat a simple meal. During summer months there are various fetes organised, so go along to eat and drink (sometimes dance) with the amiable locals on long wooden tables outside. Its definately one exprerience you wont forget in a hurry!
