Description of objectSARDINIA - Rental of an apartment in a holiday house located in Matta e Peru - Budoni, with a large front garden at about 150 meters from the beach.
Periods from Saturday to Saturday (different dates might be possible).
The apartment is on the ground floor, it has two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda garden, an outdoor shower, barbecue and washing machine, a private parking. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, in case of need the living room is equipped with a sofa bed; a cot or a single bed can be added in the master bedroom.
The villa is next to the right-hand side of the hotel Matta Village http://www.mattavillage.com/ and is within easy reach of some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia; through the pine forest, in about 10 minutes\' walk, you can reach the Orvile beach http://www.unionesarda.it/collane/spiagge/scheda_spiaggia.aspx?sp=91 reviewed as the “queen beach” of summer 2013 http://www.turismoitalianews.it/turismo/index.php/le-piu-belle/6363-bandiere-blual-top-la-sardegna-special-one-il-mar-tirreno.
The place is quiet and relaxing, the perfect location for a holiday with kids thanks to the nearby beach and the wide garden.
At about 5 km you can find all facilities in the towns of Budoni and Posada located at equal distance from the place where the villa is located. Prices vary according to the season. Discounts for long periods, possibility of personal bargaining according to availability. Linen and regular cleaning on request. No pets allowed. Final cleaning to be paid separately.
