Description of object

Renovated studio on the 4th floor with direct elevator acccess that makes it ideal for young and elderly.

The bright and spacious studio has hardwood floors, a raised split-level that serves as a king-size sleeping area, a single bed and a sofa that can be a double bed for those who don\\\'t want to climb onto the mezzanine.

The small kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a lower bathtub for full comfort. The original 70 year old huge window facing the courtyard bathes the condo in sunshine and gives it a cheerful, warm atmosphere.

Due to its very central location the studio is surrounded by the main tourist attractions, nightlife, shopping, bars and restaurants. The famous tram that runs on the Danube embankment and connects one end of downtown with the other, stops right front of the hosue. Hop on it to see the Parliament, Gresham Palace, Market Hall, National Academy, Chain Bridge.

Take a boat ride to see Budapest by night. Enjoy a drink in one of the downtown bars and walk home safely.

The quiet and welcoming apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay.

Location of object

Belgrad rakpart (embankment) is a great place to stay for its easy access to public transport e.g. Blue subway Ferenciek tere station is 100 meters away, tram, bus and boats are front of the house.
Tourist information is at the entrance of the house.
Food stores 24/7 are 50 meters away in the Irany street.
The main sights e.g. Parliament, Castle, Basilica, Synagoge, cultural venues, cinemas, bars, markets etc are all in walking distance.
