It has 2 rooms, about 46 m2, is ideal for 1 to 4 people and is located in a modern apartment house. From the large balcony you will have a view of the lovely designed, park-like inner courtyard, which invites you to unwind and relax.The object is nicely connected to the public transportation system: 100 m to the tram M4 (Alexanderplatz: 10 min, Hackescher Markt: 12 min.) 300 m to the S-train station Greifswalder Str. (train to the inner city) - Central station: 10 min - Friedrichstraße + Gendarmenmarkt: 12 min. Shopping facilities at the Mühlenberg shopping centre, DM pharmacy, large Alnatura, Kaiser's, Netto, 2 bakeries, pharmacy (just 1 to 2 min. on foot), the Alexa, the Friedrichstraße and a lot more. Our tip: At the Havelland bakery directly on the corner, a tasty breakfast is offered every morning for Euro 3.50.
