Description of object10/15 minutes by car to a number of sandy beaches and water sports.
This free-standing studio comprises one main room of 25 sq.m., a raised platform of 7 sq.m., a separate kitchen of 7 sq.m. and a shower room with WC. There is a shady area to the rear of the studio with table and chairs. To the front of the studio, there is the family swimming pool to which guests have free access during the summer months, except at siesta time and during the night.
In the main room, there is a double bed (140cm), a sofa, a table and chairs. On the raised platform there are two small mattresses (60 cm) which can be used for sleeping. This raised platform can be separated from the main room by a curtain.
Free Wifi is available in front of the studio. Barbecue. Car parking to the rear of the studio. Bed linen and towels provided.
Rates : from 300 to 420 euros per week according to season.
Day of arrival and day of departure : any day of the week.
