This penthouse offers a lot of space on over 170m˛ plus 70m˛ terraces. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with unique decorations. On the lower level there is the spacious living room with fireplace, offering frontal pool- and seaviews. Infront of the living room there is the covered terrace of 20m˛, which is fully furnished with garden and lounge furnishings. From here you enjoy amazing views over the communal gardens, pool and sea. From living room you have direct access to 2 bedrooms, each with single beds and own en-suite bath. Beside the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. Steps beside fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where the master bedroom is located. This exceptional spacious room offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom. Further there is the large L-shaped roof terrace with 3 private sunloungers, second outside dining table. 4 large pools and walking distance to 3 restaurants. All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. La Perla de la Bahia is divided into two separate communities. The apartments facing Playa Ancha have the use of four swimming pools and those facing La Galera, on the other side of the tower, have the use of three pools. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect.
