Description of objectSelf-contained first floor apartment with its own terrace,garden and sundeck with amazing views over the Ariege to the Pyrenees. Good access to Main roads& Motorway make it an excellent base for exploring all the surrounding area has to offer, or just relax in a peaceful rural setting with shared use of swimming pool. 4km from small town facilities and the Airports at Toulouse and Carcassone are only hour or so away.
Location of objectPechine is an old farm situated on a ridge overlooking the Leze vallay an the Pyrenees! From the Garden we can see from Mt Canigou in the east to Mt Vallier and through to the mountains of Andorra. The area has lots of facilities for the active of all ages,as well as Cathar Castles, medieval towns, caves and Prehistoric sites to explore. There is a rich variety of wildlife to enjoy and a range of local delicacies to taste
Town: France, Vallee de la Leze, ArtigatArtigat is 4km and has a very friendly Bar/Restaurant and a small but well stocked epicerie. There is a swimming pool and tennis court. Le Fossat is also 4Km and has a small supermarket ( with a butcher),a Baker, 2 restaurants (both do take aways!), a Doctors clinic,a Pharmacy,a dentist and a garage. There are also sports facilities and an outdoor theater (High summer only). Bigger supermarket,banks and 24 hr petrol at Lezat (15 mins)
