The 45 mq apartament is composed by a beautiful double bedroom, a kitchen with living room where a there is double sofa bed,a private bathroom, a very nice veranda and a garden. It\\\'s located in a green area, very nice, quiet and peaceful, suitable for a relaxing holiday, not far from all amenities.You could reach Rome in just 20 minutes by car, with the nearby highway.A bus stop is located 500 m. from the apartament . We are close to the Castelli Romani hills full of woods and natural attractions. Close to the lakes of Nemi and Castelgandolfo (where the Pope has his summer residence), vulcanic lakes, natural wonders of Lazio. At 500 m very cheap supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, gyms and many other services.Location of objectThe apartament is in a villa,it\'s indipendent.It\'s located in a green area close to Ardea,called Nuova Florida. It\'s a quite and very nice area. Town: Italy, lazio, Ardea RomaClose to the apartament are remains of Roman domus, Pratica di Mare Castle that has just been restored, the tomb of Aeneas in the area where he landed after the battle of Troy (opposite the museum), the remains of the castle of Ardea.Very close to Castelli Romani : Nemi,Castelgandolfo and its wonderfull lakes,Frascati. They worth a visit in the same way as Rome. A very nice and quiet area, 20 min. from Rome. Ideal location for a holiday relaxing atmosphere, very close to all amenities. At 500 m.shops and businesses (including supermarkets very convenient) ,horse riding,fishing,golf,fitness centres,swimming pools ,shopping centres .
