Antalya is a town situated on the south coast of Turkey - it lies at the innermost point of the Gulf of Antalya. The town itself is built on a limestone terrace which drops sharply in a 75ft cliff below which is situated the old harbour.
A major tourist attraction of Antalya is the beach of Konyaati which lies between the town and a high ridge of hills to the west. Adding to the attraction of this wide sweeping beach is the climate of this area - Antalya enjoys sub-tropical weather and the bathing season lasts from early April until the end of October. All the facilities of the residence as swimming-pool, sauna, fitness and parking are included into the price.
Electricity and water are extra costs and must be paid according to the counters
Cleaning and linen change are not included into the price but we will be glad to provide you by these services for an additional fee.
Also we’d like to ask you to pay for cleaning the apartments after your check-out.
On the arrival you should pay the security deposit 250 EURO which will be refundable at your departure date.
All our apartments are non-smoking but you can use the balcony for smoking.
Penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, which are located at the last floor, 130 m2, for staying of maximum 8 persons.
