Description of objectIt was built in this year (2014) ,so we can offer you absolutely new apartments with all the necessary things for comfortable staying in Antalya.The residence is located in the favourite among tourists region in Antalya – Konyaalti. Just 30 km from the airport, 15 km from the interurban bus station, and 700 metres far from the beautiful sea-beach which has te Blue flag (award for environmental cleanliness). Also there are parks, children’s playgrounds, markets, supermarkets, bus stops and taxi stops close to the residence. In our complex we have: - Swimming-pool - Pool for kids - BBQ - Well maintained garden - Sauna - Fitness - 24 hours security - Parking Location of objectAll the facilities of the residence as swimming-pool, sauna, fitness and parking are included into the price.Electricity and water are extra costs and must be paid according to the counters Cleaning and linen change are not included into the price but we will be glad to provide you by these services for an additional fee. Also we’d like to ask you to pay for cleaning the apartments after your check-out. On the arrival you should pay the security deposit 250 EURO which will be refundable at your departure date. All our apartments are non-smoking but you can use the balcony for smoking.
