Description of objectOur quiet and comfortable apartment is new furnished and accommodates 2 to 4 1/2 persons. The winter garden and attractive garden invite you to relax and to have hours of leisure. As an ideal starting point for trips to the Lake Constance, the Alps, the Allgaeu and to Swabia a variety of experiences and a wide range of activities are offered for young and old.The sunny cottage-like apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, which is built in an ecological wood construction. Relax in the living room´s winter garden and have a splendid view into the beautiful garden. Enjoy the morning sun in the comfy bedroom or start from here through the garden for your morning exercises. Eating, reading or playing games - stay in the comfortable dining corner that belongs to the fully equipped kitchen. Or take a deep breath and relax in the attractive, established garden where you find flowerbeds, bushes, herbs and berries for picking. The apartment is located on the outskirts, about 700 meters away from the village centre. Town: Germany, Bodensee, AmtzellSummer and winter pleasuresAmtzell is located in the alpine upland, surrounded by idyllic green hills and known as “The gateway to the Allgaeu”. From here the view extends to Lake Constance and the Alps. Countless possibilities for excursions and activities promise a comfortable and exciting vacation. Wellness, hiking, biking, winter sports, water sports or culture – any request will be satisfied. The Lake Constance is located about 20 km away from Amtzell. For day trips even the countries of Austria and Switzerland are available within a short time (about 20/40 minutes). It takes about one hour to reach the high mountains of the Allgaeu Alps as well as the Bregenzerwald or the Arlberg.
