Description of objectA brand new apartment totally furnished. It is located in Via XX Settembre in the sunny and very well know city of Alghero. The flat position allows fast links with the city centre (5 minutes by walking), and the airport (15 minutes by car, or 30 minutes by bus). The city offers a range of sightseeing both around the near countryside and on sea with special boats departing from Alghero\'s harbour. The most famous Sardinia Beaches and attractions are located within very short distance (Stintino Beach 50 km, Bosa 35 km, a few typical “nuraghe” are all around the city) .There is a bus stop right in front of the building, allowing the tenants to take the buses heading the Alghero\'s beaches.
The apartment consists of 4 beds with a double size sofa-bed and a large double bedroom (with both one double bed or 2 single beds option). The kitchen is fully furnished , with microwave fridge and cooking tools. All the main appliances are included. Near the flat there are cash withdrawal machines, bus stops, bar, market, bakery. The location is ideal for both shopping and clubbing since the city centre and the main street are both at walking distance from the apartment. Towels and sheets are included at the beginning of the period, further laundry services are provided weekly. Extra include: further laundry services (additional to the weekly service), additional extraordinary cleaning services at the end of the renting period (75¤ , the extra is not due if the flat is left in ordinary, tidy conditions).
