Description of object60qm large roof terraces flat in the 2nd floor, approx. 8 min. foot walk away from the sea . The flat has a large apartment kitchen range with breakfast table, large roof terrace with garden furniture.
Internet connection, TV, microwave, washing machine, iron with board are available. The flat has one parent bedroom with a double bed (French size 160cm). The 2nd sleeping area was built above the living room area and is accessible with a staircase (please see photo). Here is also a bed sized 160x200 available, offering sleeping space for two. Further a fold-able sleeping couch is in the living room, useable for an extra person. A beautiful view to the mountain area of Muscat is available from the kitchen and terrace area. From the kitchen one can access to the terrace, which can be used for sun bathing and grilling. The landlord speaks German, Arabic and English. Pickup from the airport possible 20 Euro.
Endcleaning charges 40 Euro.
When booking over 10 days a reduction of 5 percent will be granted. Booking over 14 days/10 percent and for over 20 days 15 percent on the daily rate. Rental fees depend on the season and are between 60 Euro (summers) - 80 Euro (autumn/winter/spring) per night for 1 – 4 person. A 5th person joining the flat increases the rate by 20 Euro per night in high season, and 15 Euro in low season.
Location of objectAl Ghubrah North in Muscat, Oman is a well maintained and calm populated residential area approx.15 minutes drive distanced from the Muscat International Airport. It is non problem to find own taxi transfers from the airport to the flat. Upon request, a pick up from the Airport to the flat can be arranged for (20 Euro pickup fees).
Al Ghubrah North is not far from for the long and calm beachside. It takes about 8 min. walk from the flat to the beach. The Muscat Chedi hotel is appropriate approx. for 15 min footwalk away. Shopping and restaurants are in 7 minutes walking distance.
