The house consists of a separate studio with livingroom, bedroom and showerroom. Upstairs is the main living aerea with a big modern kitchen (with fantastic views), a sittingroom, veranda, two more bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Total living space is 160 sq. m. The beach and town centre are at walking distance. The beautiful Sierra de Irta, ideal for walks or bike trips, begins at the end of our street.
Location of objectThe house is situated on a hill (Cerro Mar), very close to the beaches and the Sierra de Irta. You have wonderful views on the sea, you can see as far as de Delta de Ebro and the mountains of Chert.
The garden is 800 sq. m.and there is a lovely private pool with enough garden furniture.
Town: Spain, Costa del Azahar, PeniscolaPeniscola is a pitturesque medieval town built around an old castle, the castle of Pope Luna (Papa Luna), Benedict XIII. The olf town is built on a rock in the Mediterranean Sea, connected by a sandy beach with the mainland. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and discos. Nature lovers will enjoy walks or rides in the Sierra de Irta, where you\'ll find some lovely secluded beaches too. Peniscola has a beautiful hinterland (Sierra del Maestrazgo) with interesting villages such as Morella or wetlands (Delta de Ebro).
