Description of objectThis area is predominantly known for skiing but it is also a great option for summer holidays if you like walking, horse riding and good food in gorgeous nature.This comfortable, well appointed chalet can be taken catered or self caterering. The chalet is arranged over two floors with three really cosy bedrooms and a sauna for those aching bones! The chalet is managed by a British run agency who have excellent local knowledge and are happy to help with anything. The catered option includes a delicious cooked or buffet style breakfast, daily transfers to and from the the resort, a three course evening meal with beer and wine and a fun, friendly chalet host (not resident on the property) so you can have the luxury of being looked after combined with the privicy of your own chalet. The village has a number of small, local bars where you will be pleasantly suprised at the cheap prices. There are also some larger restaurants serving very good and reasonably priced food and drinks. There is a small ski run in the village itself, and the main resort of Borovets is only 14 km away: only a 20 minute drive. Ski packets at very competitive prices are availible on request. Location of objectThe chalet is set in a lovely, big garden and has a sauna, satelite tv and fully equiped kitchen for self catering.We can organise excursions at your request to some of the famous areas of interest: The seven Rila lakes, the Rila monastry, Sofia, Plovdiv. Horse riding and walking tours are also availible. Town: Bulgaria, Borovets, GovedartsiAt just an hours drive from the airport in the capital city Sofia this transfer time for skiing is perfect.Goverdartsi is a truly beautiful, mountain village near to the resort of Borovets and the smaller resort of Maliovitza. The chalet is situated next to the river Iskar and the beautiful pine forests. It is a really peaceful setting, whilst only being a 2 minute walk from the center of the village. This really is in the heart of true Bulgaria where you can experience both resort skiing and apres ski with the added bonus of local culture, lovely food and good wine, as well as fantastic skiing at a really reasonable price.
