Description of objectA 2 storey-house in traditional style. 2 separate entrances to each floor. The ground floor is for rent. it consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. There is a parking place for two cars (at least). The place is rather beautiful, the ski slopes and lakes are not far away, there are regular bus and railway routes to all destinations. In the town there are tennis courts, SPA center, golf, riding, hiking facilities.
Location of objectThe house is situated at the slope, on one of the hills, so it\'s possible to walk up and down the hill, in winter you can play snowballs or just sledge from the slope. It\'s great! In summer and autumn, spring you can just enjoy fresh air and the beauty of the nature. It\'s very peace and quiet.
Town: Austria, Salzkamergut, Bad AusseeA very beautiful, small and charming place. All the people are very friendly and nice. There are different facilities in the town like a hospital, supermartkets (3), different shops, concert hall.
