The villa is located approximately 20 meters from the sea and thus on foot within 5 minutes.If you feel like driving by car to Cannes, you’re more then welcome. The villa has a garage (usage for homeowner only). You can enter the villa by two ways; from the inside via a staircase and from the outside via the terraces. Whatever you want. The villa as a whole consists, as it said, of a main residence and two studios. The two studios are guesthouses with each their own entrance. One studio is placed on a level lower then the main villa, with its own terrace and view. The other studio is situated next to the main villa and has two floors. This studio is provided with a kitchen, livingroom, toilet, shower and a convertible sofa for 2 sleeps/beds on the first floor. On the second floor a large bedroom with two single double beds, wardrobe, sofa and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. This floor is especially suitable to put some (extra) kids. The second studio is allied with the main residence and, in particular, with the wellness area. The wellness is provided with a -Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna- (under construction) and large shower. The studio consists of a large room with glass sliding door, where which you can admire the amazing view. The room acts a a lounge area and a bedroom. It is equipped with a large double bed and a sitting area with a LCD television screen. At this level, you have a private terrace, a little garden a and small pool for little children. When you enter the main terrace you will find an bright blue infinity swimming pool with a streamer. The terrace is totally furnished with loungers, beach stairs, sunshades, sofa’s and a large wooden dining table where 12 people can dine. The main residence consists of two floors with, at the ground floor, a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room with two comfortable sofas and a large LCD screen. The living room space is large and consists of a large wooden table with 6 chairs that serves as a dining table. In addition, the walls hung with modern art, such as a brightly colored Andy Warholl. On the ground floor, next to the kitchen is also a courtyard with a lounge sofa with white pillows where you can drink a wine in the shades. Through the courtyard you will find the laundry room with a washer, dryer, sink and a hanging rack. In this laundry room clothes can be folded. The second floor of the main house consists of four bedrooms with each a large double bed. All rooms are also equipped with an easy-functioning air conditioning which will keep the rooms cool. Each room has a wardrobe and storage space. Two of the bedrooms even have a walk-in wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms each with a shower withwaterfall effect, and one bathroom has a bath (with bubble function) which overlooks the sea.
