Description of object
Villa built in 2010 with triple bed rooms for rent (Port Side Room and Starboard Room). The rooms are situated on the first floor of a villa and contains a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom with toilet and shower are near the rooms. There is a kitchen in the house which can be used for cooking. On the second floor there is the family room, where you can watch tv or read a book. Also on the second floor you can find a large balcony with a magnificent view on the Guimeras Strait. Breakfast is included. The landlady of the house can cook meals (to be paid seperately).
Location of object
The house is situated near the sea (Guimeras Strait) facing different islands. The majority of the people in the area depend upon fishing. So there many fishing boats to be seen. The whole area is very green and there is a lot of coconut trees.

Valladolid is a fishermen’s town near the Guimeras Strait, 30 km south of Bacolod City on the sugar island: Negros. The island of Negros is part of the Visaya’s island group. In Valladolid you can experience the Filipino way of life. There is a daily market in the centre of the town: at the Plaza, where you can buy fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. There is also an old church which origins from the Spanish colonial time. In Valladolid you can make day trips by bus to places in Negros. There is a swimming pool just 3 km from the house.
