Description of object2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (freezer, fridge, oven) and a living - dining area with a television. There is also a washing machine. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.From the kitchen you will enter to a nice balcony, where you can enjoy sun from breakfast till dinner. This is a fine place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine after a wonderful sunny day at the beach. You will also love the air conditioning (only in the kitchen) specially when the temperature is above 30° The apartment is suited for a family with children. Situated in the center of this beautiful village and just a few steps from all the major attractions. The apartment has been completely renovated with attention to important details like air conditioning and water container. Please, be also aware that during the summer the authorities decide very often to turn off the water and leave the village without water from 8am to 8pm. This in one more reason to take in consideration our apartment. You will not have this problem …. we have just installed a water container that it will assure water for all your stay in our apartment. We are also providing you a beach umbrella and a cooler. Believe us you might need it .... and you will not need to buy them only for a week\'s stay. Our accommodation is the perfect solution to enjoy the summer! You can rent the bicycles just around the corner. Posada has also a strategy location, you can easily arrive by flying or by boat: Olbia’s airport → 30 mins Alghero’s airport → 1h and 30 mins Olbia’s port → 30 mins Golfo Aranci’s port → 50 mins The most important thing to know it’s the distance to the beach…. Well you can see from the pictures that Posada is right in front of one of the most beautiful beach in Sardinia. It’s already 5 consecutive years that out beaches are rewarded with an important award by \"League for the Environment\". It is the most widespread environmental organization in Italy. Every Summer, since 1986, it has monitored the quality of Italian seas, for a total number of 5,000 water samples analyzed in a sailing of 10,000 km.
