Description of objectWhat we propose now is not a holiday, but living in a fairy tale. Immersed in the natural park of Gjipe, just 20 minutes of dirt road from the homonymous beach and the access of Gjipe’s canyon, with the sea under your feet, the ancient Byzantine monastery at the right hand, the bay of Jala at the left and behind the mountain with the small village of Dhërmi and Vuno. The silence and peace drown in green and blue. While the landlord get back at twilight with the day fishing, the lady follows the chicken farm as to serve for dinner, the same chicken that you ate the egg in the morning. After she has captured that, she rushes down to the garden to harvest vegetables which will serve as side dish. Maybe the dinner will delay a bit, but not matter when you are unperturbed and caressed by the breeze of the evening, tasting a bit of farmer\'s wine with olives and fresh goat cheese as the last rays of the sun disappear into the water. Voila, dinner is served, the menu has been decided by the cook. If yesterday were served homemade ravioli, today there are on the table tortellini or tagliatelle with ragu of veal. After the binge, a glass of brandy distilled in the house and a last cigarette before going to bed under the covers, sheltered from the cool night under the sloping roofs of the cozy mansards. The awakening, flooded with sunlight, continues with a refreshing breakfast of fresh eggs, jams, milk just milked and boiled and yogurt made the night before. While the body refreshes itself, the mind is planning the day, hesitant in choosing between one of the nearby beaches as Gjipe, Palase, Dhermi, Drimadhes, Jala, Livadhi, Porto Palermo or prolong a while until Saranda. Once you\'ve decided what to do, put on your swimsuit and took the towels, do not forget to touch the sky with finger before getting behind the wheel.
