| The island Ugljan near Zadar, is a fishing and tourist village of Kali, the largest town on Zadar islands. It is mentioned more than 1299 years., But Kali is much older. Situated between two ports in the north-east, and to the beautiful bay Lamjana south-west, boasts many attractive modern buildings. Village center with its narrow streets and stone houses in the southern style is situated on a hill offering a magnificent view of the surrounding area, all overlooking the tower of the baroque church of St. Lawrence, the patron of Kali. The place has a health station, post office, several stores and food grocery, butcher shop, flower shop and hair salon. Kali is constantly associated with the mainland ferry which will greatly facilitate your arrival at our place. |
