This one is ideally placed near the restaurant, very close to the parking area and very close to the spa. There is a communal outdoor swimming pool, and it is a nice area to visit in summer. The ski lifts operate in summer, and the temperature is warm and it is sunny. Horse riding/extreme sports such as canoeing in caves/via ferrata/mountain climbing are available as well as being near places of natural beaurty such as the Smolyan Lakes and Wonderful Bridges. This is a very family friendly place, is the cheapest destination in Europe and ski and snowboard tuition is extremely reasonable and high quality. There is plenty of apres ski available in the centre of Pamporovo. There are many scenic places and places of cultural and historical interest nearby such as the Bachkovo Monastery and Plovdiv with its Roman Amphitheatre and nineteenth century old town. The children would appreciate a visit to Aqua land, the water park at Plovdiv. This is a genuine Jet2let as Plovdiv airport is 85km away and is served by Ryanair (all year). Sofia is about 250km and is served by a number of airlines including EasyJet.
