| Nai Harn, Ya Nui, Laem Ka, Rawai and Freedom beach are all within 5 - 10 minutes and are extremely beautiful and undeveloped, ideal for romantic walks, family picnics or just relaxing in peace after a heavy night! They are a lot quieter than the package tour destinations of Kata, Karon and Patong though this is where one must go for jet ski's, parascending and water skiing. Nai Harn provides the ideal base to dip in and out of these areas and also explore the whole of Phuket. There are great local facilities and amenities and a huge range of activities on offer. There are a wide range of excellent local restaurants catering for every taste; for very good Thai cuisine we recommend Ruean Thai. Mimmi's and Chao Khun offer excellent Thai and Western food. These are just a few of many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are a number of small bars and two nightclubs in the local area. |
