Description of objectHomepage: www.haus-isabelle.de 2 holiday dwellings were installed into the approx. 200 years old classified as a historical monument stationary 'Umgebindehaus' under preservation of the original structure. FLAT 1 in the ground floor: 78 m ² for 2-4 persons. The flat consists a 25 m ² living/bedroom ('block room') with tiled stove, a big bedroom, an elegant bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen equipped fully (with dishwasher) and a generous corridor. You can use the terrace from the kitchen. FLAT 2 in the 1st upper floor: 60 m ² for 2-4 persons. Corridor, a living/dormitory with sitting area and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed. Furthermore a terrace in the garden. Equipment in the flats: Kitchen fitted out completely, tea towels, washing-up liquids, towels, dry. There is a roll service after advance order on request. Sat reception, TV, stereo set (radio and CD). Car parking space on the property.
Sporting activities: Walking, climb, ride a bike, swim and surfing at the 'Olbersdorfer' lake. Cross-country skiing (32 km of tracked ski runs).
Culture: The cities of Zittau (12 km), Görlitz (46 km), Bautzen (50 km), Dresden (max. 1.5 hour with the car, 110 km), Prague are (nearby approx. 1.5 hour with the car).
Location of object2 km above Oybin in the area Hain. This area lies idyllically in the midst of a woods and meadow landscape. The two areas Oybin and Hain are in addition connected to each other by a footpath away from the main street. Connection to a public transport: Bus hold station in front of the house (to Oybin, Zittau, Jonsdorf). Alternative as of Oybin narrow-gauge railway to Zittau.
