Description of objectLarge villa (300 m2) with family friendly garden including a nice beach, sauna and hot tub by the sea.Nice, large lawn in front of the house. Relax and cinema room. The house is in three floors with sea views from most rooms. High standard, large spaces and cozy furnishings. Entrance on the ground floor to the hall. Bedroom 1 with single bed and chair bed. Toilet for the disabled with heated towel dryer. Cinema room with cinema system and a large screen. Lovely bean bags and armchairs to sit in. Spa area with sauna, shower, corner bath and toilet with heated towel dryer. Sitting area for relax in front of the fire place. Large laundry room with washing machine, ironing, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The middle floor has a hallway with access to the rear of the house with exit to the patio and garden. Bedroom 2 with single bed and room for one extra bed. Small guest WC. Living room with a lovely sofa, TV and DVD player with DVD movies. Plenty of board games. Comfortable chairs in front of the fire place. Exit to the terrace with sitting area. Dining room with seating place for 12 persons. The adjacent kitchen is well equipped. Exit to large terrace with sea view and sun all day. Dining area, lounge chairs and barbecue. Second floor with brightly decorated lounge. Comfortable sofas and sea view, fire place. There is also a smaller pool table. Bedroom 3 with double bed (180x210cm) and chair bed (80x200cm). Exit to the balcony with evening sun and some sea and forest views. Bedroom 4 with single bed and sofa bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 5 with single bed and chair bed (80x200cm). Bedroom 6 with double bed. (160×200 cm) Large bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower. Private beach and jetty with mooring, buoy. Next to the jetty you find a house with sauna and shower. The sauna works with both electricity and wood. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and barbeque. Wood-fired hot tub. NOTE! If you want to use the hot tub or sauna you need to bring your own wood, this is not included. The garage building has gym equipment; cross trainer, exercise bike, and bench with weights. In front of the house there is a large lawn for play, football goal and various outdoor games such as bocce, badminton and croquet are available. Sandpit, swings and tree house are on the back of the house towards the forest. Lovely walking and jogging paths in the natural surroundings. For those who love mushrooms and berries we suggest to look in the forests around the house. Here you can also see deer, elk and foxes in the surroundings. Maybe even the beautiful eagles flying over sea and land. If you are lucky you can also see seals swimming in the bay. For those interested in fishing, there are a lot of fish for example; perch, pike and salmon. Close to Boda jetty where you can take regular boats out to see more of the archipelago. About 5 km to Norråva golf course (Pay-n-play) and Horizon kayak that offers guided tours and kayak rentals. In the immediate surroundings you also find Nysvedsgård, a farm with pony riding, you can watch the farm animals, buy fresh eggs etc. (Please make an appointment for viewing/riding www.nysvedsgard.se) You can also visit Siggesta Gård (www.siggestagard.se) within short distance.
