Description of objectThe property, located in Lido Conchiglie, was built in 2014 and is only 150 metres from the sea with its rock pools and is only 500 mt. from the golden sands beaches that ran from Lido Conchiglie to Gallipoli (about 5 km).There are free beaches and equipped ones. Some offers watercrafts and surf schools so you can try your hand at this exhilarating sport. there are cafès, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, and a weekly market in the area. all within walking distance (about 150 metres). The area has numerous coastal paths for walkers. A few miles up the coast takes you to discos and water parks. For an alternative day or evening out, Gallipoli is 5 min. drive away with its bar, pubs, restaurants, pizzerie, shops and walks on the promenade Galilei avenue. Lecce, the baroque city, is easily reached city, only 40 min. drive away. I strongly recommend to visit this city with its charming historic centre where there are the cathedral, the duomo, the Roman amphitheatre, churches and many narrow old streets characterized by numerous shops, pubs, restaurants handicraft workshops and theatre. I strongly recommend also to taste the Mediterranean cousine known all over the world. In particolar: pucce, frise, rustici, homemade pasta,ice cream and pasticciotti. The property (in total sleeps 10) comprises two apartments, available all the year round: the ground floor apartment (sleeps 6) with an additional lower airy apartment with private garden (sleeps 4)ensuring a perfect holiday for two families or three couples or a group of friends. Located next door to each other, the apartments can be booked separately. Each apartment has been tastefully decorated and equipped to high standard with everything you would need to self catering. Ground floor apartment (sleeps 6) This house is suitable for families with infants or toddlers. A private terrace with umbrella, table and chairs leads to the dining room with a satellite led Tv 32\" with the kitchen. In the double bedroom there is a bunk bed, as well. The second bedroom with two single beds can be united to form a double bed on request. All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe with supply of hangers. In the bathroom there are a shower, toilet, bidet, basin and a hair dryer. Apartment in the basement with garden (sleeps 4) It is entered through its own private gate from the street. Private entrance hall leading to the dining room and kitchen equipped for self catering. From the dining room leads to the comfortable garden furnished with table, umbrella, chairs and to enjoy yourself a second shower with cold/worm water. There is a bedroom with a double bed in the middle and two single beds on the sides. The window of the bedroom overlooks the garden. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, basin and hair dryer. Each supply of white towels and linen bed costs 15,00 EUR per person. The apartments are professionally and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. One small and well behaved dog is welcomed with euro 60,00 charge to cover additional cleaning.
