Description of objectThis newly built house with a large swimming pool 50(m2) is situated in a small village Katuni on the Makarska riviera.*Backyard over 1800m2 Guest Access The house is used only for the rental puropse. My family and I live in the town of Omi¨ ( 30 km away of the property). Guests have access into every room at the villa. They are free to use the pool, the Bocce playground, backyard and the small house where they can make barbecue. Two bikes, and football ground are available as well. Small winehouse is located in the Village , 200 m away from the house.
