The property is situated in the Western Province between the cities of Beruwala and Aluthgama.
The house has been renewed in 2015, is furnished in a lovely modern but local style and is barrier-free.
The property is surrounded with a stone wall and a gate.
The beautiful garden has a lot of exotic plants (e.g. avocado, papaya, jackfruit, banana, mango, carambola, cinnamon and ambarella). Two loungers with cushions and a hammock invite you to relax.
The house consists of 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms and is suitable for up to 6 persons.
Our local house keeper Victor will be there for your personal comfort. He both has a van and a tuk-tuk and will be more than happy to show you the beautiful surroundings in one day trips and multiple day trips. His wife Mallika can prepare local dishes for you when you order in advance for ca. 3,00 Euros - 3,50 Euros.
