Description of objectHOLIDAY APARTMENT NEAR TO BEACH AND CITY CENTERThe cozy, small 'HOLIDAY APARTMENT MANUEL ' with one bedroom / living-dining room / kitchen / hallway / bathroom / WC for maximum 3 persons (about 40qm) is located 100 meters from the beach and center of the holiday resort Platja d'Aro, the shopping village on the Costa Brava. A small but fine balcony offers you a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The distance to the beach is about 100m. The apartment is on the 8th floor (lift) and consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom (bath with shower), separate toilet, a closed kitchen and a living-dining room (small sleeping sofa). The balcony has a fantastic sea view. Restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. A vehicle is not essential. Golf, tennis courts, a waterslide as well as bicycle and hiking trails are also not far away. Location of objectThere are good connections through the proximity to the city Gerona (40 km, airport / train / motorway). The beach of Palamos is about 7 km, the beach of San Antoni about 5 km away,The beach of Sant Antoni de Calonge/Palamós is about 8 km away. Various shopping opportunities are 3 km away. Golf is about 8 km, tennis is about 3 km away. Town: Spain, Costa Brava, Playa de AroCastell-Playa de Aro is a small village that has two parts; Castell d 'Aro with a castle in the interior about 3 km from the beach and Playa de Aro on the beach. In Playa de Aro there are plenty of shops, cinemas, bowling, bars, restaurants and it is also the center of nightlife in the region. Playa de Aro has a kilometer-long sandy beach with a nice beach promenade full of bars and restaurants.
